Keeping Boundaries: 
In the age of technology boundaries may sometimes become blurred. My intention is to clarify my position and presence online; 
From my website there is a request box for contact. I make every effort to respond to all emails within 24 hours. When I am away you will receive an automated reply. 
My e-mail does not have an encryption programme, which means that any emails we send to each other may be vulnerable to viruses or human error. For this reason, it is best to rely on email for non-confidential communications such as arranging appointments. By keeping personal content to a minimum, we can maintain confidentiality. 
I check emails only during office hours and not weekends. 
Emails should never be used in the event of an emergency, in which case you should contact emergency services.
